Assist with developing social media content calendars, edit and publish social media posts daily, assist in responding to and engage with customers and followers on social media. Experience with social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google My Business. Hootsuite and FB insights.
Ability to learn Google analytics, FB insights and other marketing intel. Track, measure and analyze initiatives for social media ROI-improvement plan for client. Assist in presenting information in monthly meeting to client.
Manage website development projects, including coordinating developers, designers, and 3rd party integrations and setting-ensuring individuals meet due dates for these projects. Write, edit and publish minor updates, and content (blogs) to websites. Willingness to expand knowledge/classes to understand basic WordPress skills.
Basic filming & editing video content. Writing video scripts, assisting professional videography teams for high level video production. Help bring new ideas for engaging video content. Willingness to learn video editing software. Currently using Canva- intermediate skill level. Project management for advanced production.
Eye for great design and visual layout. Design print pieces including brochures, rack cards, social media, brand style guides, website pages, capture lead forms on website, capturing clients voice and mission visually. Working knowledge of Canva. Manage design projects by working with freelance contractors.
Manage various email campaigns, including template designs, writing effective email subject lines, content and design. Experience/willingness to learn email marketing platform, MailChimp and Constant Contact.
Manage freelance contractors- Writing and editing marketing copy for print and online needs, including but not limited to press releases, web content, success stories, newsletters, brochures, emails, direct marketing pieces, advertising, video scripts and other collateral. Conduct market research to determine patient needs, habits, interests and relevant factors in creating targeted marketing campaigns. Conservative, professional writing style A MUST.
Marketing efforts for client may also include: Drop off and pick-up printing, promotional items, distribution (mailing) client communication for B-to-B efforts, patient/client surveys, phone interview regarding marketing efforts. Could also include marketing platforms (FMG Suites) or designated by client.
Ability to organize multiple platform campaigns using Mondays.com as project management tool. Meeting deadlines is a MUST.
